“I wanted to thank you and your team for their performance at the Annual Meeting and leading up to the event.  The Annual Meeting went very well, we received positive remarks from everyone and the conference was a huge success.  The success of the conference was critical to our organization.  We had many people that needed a good reminder of the value of the group, the partnership, and friendships that the Association supports.

The attendees all enjoyed the venue, it was an excellent choice for the meeting.  Specifically on your staff, the event went very smoothly.  They were prepared for the minor curveballs that always come up during these events and no one else even noticed.  Katharine did an excellent job in both the preparation for the event and at the meeting.  She does a very good job directing when she needs to and allowing our people to direct when they need to.  She was exceptional at planning and prepping for the event to make sure that we had everything taken care of ahead of time.
