Jim Ritchie

Jim Ritchie brings thirty years of legal and public policy experience to Craft, where his work focuses on association leadership, government relations, and legal representation. In addition, he has extensive experience with international commerce and investment, trade, economic development, health care, insurance, and hospitality and resort development. Jim serves as the Executive Director of one of the leading business associations in the state and advises several others.
In addition to his professional career, Jim has devoted much of his life to public service. He served in the South Carolina Senate for eight years and as Majority Whip for the last four years of his tenure. Recognized as one of South Carolina’s most effective senators, Jim worked effectively with legislators on both sides of the aisle and with many levels of government to achieve important policy goals.
Casey Clyburn

Casey brings over 10 years of experience in event planning across government, insurance industries, and non-profit organizations, specializing in organizing trainings, sponsorships, and both small and large conferences. With a strong ability to develop a vision, set strategic goals, and execute them all while staying within budget, she ensures successful outcomes by managing both the big picture and the finer details. Casey excels at collaborating with all levels of an organization to deliver exceptional client experiences and engaging events. She leads Craft teams for multiple clients, integrating the work set by each board while overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various meetings and events.
As the Operations Director and Senior Association Executive for Craft, Casey plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of Craft to ensure that all clients receive excellent services.
Casey is a member of the Leadership Columbia Class of 2025 and Marketing Chairperson for the class. She holds a degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina, and is a proud Gamecock! Before joining Craft, she served as the Executive Assistant to the Director at the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
Anne Spencer Muncy

Anne Spencer Muncy is the Event Planning and Client Services Manager with Craft. She brings a background in non-profit fundraising events, association management, and venue management. Before joining Craft, Anne Spencer was the Membership and Events Manager at the South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Winthrop University.
Anne Spencer is a member of Midtown Fellowship, an active Junior League member, and lives in West Columbia.

Abbey brings a background in association management and a passion for community engagement, event planning, and strategic leadership to the Craft team. She has worked with organizations across diverse industries, collaborating with Board members, committees, and volunteers to develop impactful programs that serve members and event attendees. Abbey also leverages her marketing degree to maintain a strong online presence and engagement for the organizations she serves.
Abbey, her husband, Bryan, and their three dogs live in Colorado, where she volunteers with the Colorado Society of Association Executives. Outside of work, you can find Abbey outside enjoying the Colorado sunshine.
Addie Thompson

Addie has over ten years of non-profit communications experience with specialized work in social media, graphic design, and website communications. Addie graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in fashion merchandising and began her career at a non-profit state association working in communications and fundraising.
Addie has served in a variety of volunteer leadership positions with the South Carolina Public Relations Society of America, the Junior League of Columbia, and Shandon United Methodist Church.
As Marketing and Communications Director at Craft, Addie is responsible for all web and print communications, including social media.
Addie, her husband, James, and their two children live in Columbia, SC.

Debbie brings an extensive background in accounting to Craft. She has worked with International, National, and local companies in various areas of accounting and management.
Debbie is CRAFT’s Financial Services Manager. She is responsible for all of CRAFT clients’ bookkeeping.
Debbie graduated from the University of South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Accounting and Finance.
Alexis Good

Alexis is the Marketing and Communications Intern with a passion for graphic design. She is currently pursuing a dual degree in Marketing and Visual Communications with a minor in Retail at the University of South Carolina. Alexis has prior experience as an intern in the non-profit sector and has gained first-hand insight into effective communication strategies and community engagement. Eager to contribute and learn, Alexis is committed to making a positive impact through creative marketing plans and captivating graphics.

Evelyn brings a lifetime of hospitality and event experience to the firm. She has an amazing gift of making every participant and guest feel welcomed and valued. A proud graduate of Clemson University, she is also a fierce Tiger fan. In addition to her services to Craft, Evelyn is very active in several civic organizations and enjoys spending every minute she can with her new granddaughter, Annie.
